What is Mobile Phlebotomy?
Mobile specimen collection is the process of collecting biological samples, such as blood or urine, from a patient at a location other than a traditional laboratory. This can be done at the patient's home, workplace, or other location.
How does your service work?
We offer over 3000+ tests including speciality labs and genetics that can be ordered through our "Signing Physician" service. Next a personalized collection kit will be delivered to your front door. Precision Labs will then coordinate a time that best fits your need to collect your specimen. Patients can also order Direct Access Testing (DAT) from lab providers of their choice such as Quest or labcorp and use our mobile phlebotomist to collect your sample and deliver to the lab you choose.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies depending on travel time, set up, collection type, processing, and sample drop off. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Precision Lab does not accept insurance for our Concierge service, however for those with a "Doctor's Order", we collect insurance information for the cost of the testing itself. A draw fee will be charged separately as self pay.

How to prepare for an at home collection?
Patients using our Physician Service must complete a quick consult to determine any special preparations prior to collection. We will need a quiet well lit area with a table, free from children and pets. Preferably the dining room. Collections can be done in less than 30 minutes if proper preparation are made.
What happens after your specimen is collected?
Following your appointment, your specimens are securely delivered to one of the many labs we collaborate with. The lab will process them and generate your personalized report. Most reports can be receive straight from the lab. Please be aware that Precision Labs does not regulate the turnaround times for results as we are not a laboratory.
How do I book?
Send us a message or call us and a complete a quick consult, then on to scheduling a date and time you choose. All next-day requests received by 1:00 pm will be put on the schedule for collection for the next business day. Please keep in mind that a credit/debit card is needed to book an appointment as there is a $25 deposit. Day of service payments can be made with a valid credit card authorization form on file prior to appointment. If appointment is canceled within 24 hours $25 fee will be charged. A "no show" will be charged the total visit amount
Can I change my appointment time?
Rescheduling an appointment is allowable at no charge at least 48 hours prior. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment will be charged an inconvenience fee of $25 to reschedule. No-shows at the time of appointment will result in full charge of services requested. If an appointments needs to be rescheduled, please send a request via email to info@precisionlabs.pro

What is the refund policy?
Precision Lab does not offer refunds for concierge services. In addition refunds are NOT issued for a blood draw in which our professionals cannot draw blood due to improper test preparation for example not properly fasting or not drinking an appropriate amount of fluid prior to the blood draw etc.
Have a lab order from your Physician?
Precision Lab does not collect ANY type of specimen without an order from your Physician or labeled requisition. All results will be sent to and received from your physician. Precision Lab is not responsible for any errors that may occur at the laboratory. It is the laboratory’s responsibility to process specimens once received by Precision Labs. In the event of a lab error, we will gladly return to recollect the sample at a discounted rate. Any error made by Precision Labs will be corrected at no extra charge. Any billing questions or problems for test collected should be directed to your insurance company or the laboratory billing department.
What information is needed to book an appointment.
Precision Lab will need copy of your photo ID, copy of insurance card (front and back) and lab orders. This information will need to be submitted to our office within 48 hours prior to appointment time. Failure to do so may cause appointment to be rescheduled. For Patients with a "Doctor's' Order," all orders must also include the patient’s name, date of birth, gender, address, phone number and insurance information as well as the physician’s name, address, phone number, fax number and signature. Please make sure to include the name and test code for each test being requested.
When will I receive my lab?
Processing time is usually 2 to 4 business days after being received by the lab. Speciality test can take up to a week. For patients with a "Doctor's Order"results are sent directly to ordering doctor. In the event that your doctor did not receive results, it is the responsibility of the Doctor office to get in touch with the lab.
